When I was visiting my father in Grand Jucntion Coladro, He had made a sandwich and carefully wanted to show me the ingredients as we split it into two parts and shared it afterwards, Here is that sandwhich:

Sourdough bread
mayo
spinach leaf
green peppers
sliced tomatoe
oysters
tabasco
dab of horseradish on the top
open face



This was a regular that I continued to make us as the week progressed.
